Adult and Traveler Immunizations protect adults and travelers from vaccine preventable diseases.
Services
Adults 19 years and older can get a variety of recommended immunizations. In addition, international travelers of all ages can get immunizat
ions that are recommended for travel to selected destinations and information about other measures to prevent illness during travel.
The Annual Influenza (Flu) Program assures access to flu vaccine that contains the current strains that are recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) each year. The CDC recommends annual Flu vaccination for all persons six months of age and older.

Fees and Eligibility
Fees vary depending on services. Please check with the staff. Itemized receipts are provided and you may submit them to your private insurance. Medicare and Medicaid are billed when applicable. Payment is required at the time of service, and can be made by cash, checks and credit/debit cards with valid identification.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Yes, please call 815-748-2467 to make an appointment. During Annual Flu season, see the Flu schedule.
If you are getting travel immunizations, your immunizations should start at least four weeks before traveling outside the United States. Thus, we recommend you schedule your appointment as soon as you can prior to traveling.
Q: How can I get a copy of my adult immunization records?
A: Call the CD program at 815-748-2467.
Q: Do I need a prescription to get an immunization?
A: No, prescriptions are not required.
