STD PartnerTreatment Services The DeKalb County Health Department provides low cost treatment to eligible individuals whose partner has been diagnosed with chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphilis. STD Partner Treatment Services are an important piece in reducing the rates of transmission of sexually transmitted diseases within our community.
